Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Choose Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or use your invited email. Check spam if you do not receive a verification code.
How do I invite team members?
Company administrators add members from company settings and manage licenses and permissions.
How does billing work?
Licenses are billed by Point Data Inc. through Stripe outside the App Store. Administrators manage billing in Stripe's secure portal.
How do I delete my account?
Choose Settings, delete account, type DELETE, and confirm, or email [email protected].
Which iPhones work?
LiDAR scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro model. FoundationDraw™ is coming soon to the App Store.
Are measurements exact?
LiDAR and camera measurements depend on device, lighting, surfaces, and technique. Verify critical measurements on site. FoundationDraw™ is a tool for trained professionals, not engineering advice.
